SHIPPING & DELIVERY ::
FAST SHIPPING FAST DELIVERY : We sell and ship our products to the 50 US States only! FREE shipping on orders of $25 or more to the lower 48 States only. All times are Eastern Standard Time. Overseas orders can be arranged through your shipping company or your Import / Exporter. Free Shipping on orders over $25. Orders below $25 will be charged our discounted shipping rates. Each order is shipped via UPS or USPS, we choose except on designated UPS -3 Day Select, -2nd Day Air or -Overnight. Daily shipments leave our warehouse at 4 pm Monday through Friday. Orders received before 2 pm will ship same day if your product is in stock. Pest Supply Center reserves the right to choose the carrier on Free shipping orders.
UPS does not ship usually run on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. USPS runs everyday but Sunday.
UPS can not ship to PO Boxes! If you designate an address with a PO Box we will ship via USPS or we'll give you a call for a physical street address.
UPS ships aerosol product by ground only! USPS ships to PO Boxes.
Some products can not be shipped to all states, please note the list of non-shipment states at the bottom of each product page. Should you purchase a product not allowed in your state we will contact you to choose an alternate item or to process a credit card refund. If you list your company business name your order will be shipped and require a signature at delivery. After 3 tries without gathering a signature UPS will ship your product back to us. Additional shipping charges back to you may apply. If your business is not open to the public, with someone there all the time, you may want to leave the name of your business out of the address form to help assure timely delivery.
East Coast & Midwest Orders will arrive in 1 to 3 business days due to our location in Georgia. UPS does not count Saturday and Sunday as business days.
Delivery Times All US orders will be delivered within 5 business days from the day your order leaves our warehouse. (Except a few very, very remote areas). If you order 2nd day Air before 2 pm on a Friday and your order leaves our shop on Friday your delivery should arrive the next Tuesday. Next Day Air ordered before 2 pm on a Friday should arrive the next Monday, after 2 pm this order will arrive Tuesday. Keep in mind UPS does not normally ship on weekends.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS ::
EASY RETURNS POLICY: Returning items to PestSupplyCenter.com is easy. Please initiate your return within 30 days after the item was shipped. To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, etc. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We can not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition - we will return such items to you. If you reject that return shipment, Pest Supply Center reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer. PestSupplyCenter.com will provide a full refund to you for returned items, less the shipping charges incurred to ship your order, plus a 10% restocking or handling fee.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM ::
Call us at 1-877-470-2809 or email contact@pestsupplycenter.com to notify us that you would like to return a product. Please state the reason for the return and your order number. Most items that have not been opened can be returned. Exceptions will be made if the item is defective in some way. We will give you information on how and where to return the product. You will have to pay for the return shipping costs. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. PestSupplyCenter.com will provide a full refund to you for returned items, less the shipping charges incurred to ship your order, plus a 10% restocking or handling fee. Most refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your return. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your refund is processed. Point of sale is Columbus, GA, USA.
